Return Policy

We at RealPatioFurniture.com want you to be pleased with our products.

If you decide for any reason to return your purchase, please send us an e-mail no later than 15 days from date of purchase, and we will send you a return form. We will arrange to replace, exchange, or accept your return and refund your original purchase price, less shipping. We must receive returned merchandise in it's original packaging, with all packing materials in place. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and must be unused and undamaged.

If you need to return a shipment: Please email us with:
* Your name, * Your phone number, * The reason for the return, * The name of the item you are returning, * The number of packages being returned .

Please Note: Products returned to us must be in its original factory condition as was shipped from us or our supplier. Brokerage, duties, and insurance cost will be the responsibility of the shipper. We may refuse damaged goods and damaged packaging. Real Patio Furniture LLC will make a credit to the original purchaser for the cost of the merchandise, less freight costs. There will be no authorization for assembled or partially assembled kits. For items purchased during a free shipping promotion, the original purchase price of the product less shipping cost will be refunded. Real Patio Furniture LLC, or any of our suppliers, will not be held liable for any consequential, special, or incidental damage or injury resulting from the loss, possession, use, or misuse of the merchandise sold by Real Patio Furniture LLC.

Back Order Policy
If an event occurs to delay the shipment of a product that you have ordered, we will notify you by the method you have specified on your order as to the date the product will again be available. You may at that time choose to change your order selection to another item; wait for the original item to become available, or cancel your order. If you cancel, you of course will receive a complete refund for your order, refunded through the method you used for payment.

Shipping Policy
For continental US, and Canadian address':

Most orders are shipped via UPS ground, and will require between 3 and 6 days for delivery. *Some Heavy Item will require Large Truck shipping, as noted with product description, and may take a few days longer.

Damaged Goods Policy

The receiver of the shipment is responsible for inspecting for damage of packaging and merchandise upon receipt of and before signing for receipt of merchandise received. If damage is evident, please note the damage on the shippers copy of the freight bill, and contact us within 3 days by email. Please provide photos and a written description of the damage.
Real Patio Furniture LLC, or one of our suppliers will replace the product with no extra cost to you, however, you will still be responsible for all shipping costs encured.
